Planning

Planning is done by a certified architect - project manager who insures that building is being constructed in accordance to project documentations. He or she also participates in defining the final details and solving the problems that arise during construction, but haven't been predicted in project documentation. Project manager helps investor in choosing materials used in construction.

Expert supervision

Expert supervision includes:

• revision of completed works to check if they are in accordance with Final project and building permit
• coordination of all contractors that are working on construction site in any momemnt
• overseeing the fulfillment of contractual obligations of contractor towards investor and ensuring that all of contractors are in compliance with their contracts
• check schedule and keeps track of project stages and work progress
• inspection of work quality
• follow-ups on construction log entries
• experts engineers final report
